Service Request Terms & Conditions - August 18th, 2025

IF YOU WISH TO USE THE SERVICE REQUEST SYSTEM AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE, YOU MUST AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE “SERVICE REQUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS”, WHICH ARE IN ADDITION TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT, AND WHICH MAY BE AMENDED BY US AT ANY TIME OR FROM TIME TO TIME WITHOUT SPECIFIC NOTICE TO YOU. THE LATEST SERVICE REQUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE POSTED ON THE SITE (AND APPROPRIATELY DATE-STAMPED), AND YOU SHOULD PERIODICALLY REVIEW ANY AMENDMENTS TO THESE SERVICE REQUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS. REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT YOU REVIEW ANY AMENDED SERVICE REQUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU WILL BE BOUND BY THE MOST RECENT SERVICE REQUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS):

In order to use the Service Request System, you must register your User Account for that purpose, which will include expressly accepting these Service Request System terms and updating your notification preferences. The User Account terms in Section 6 of the Terms of Use Agreement shall continue to apply with respect to your use of Service Request System, including with respect to our ability to terminate any such account.

By registering to use the Service Request System and by submitting an electronic service request, you expressly authorize TruckDown to share your contact information and any other information you submit to the Service Request System to the Vendor you have requested.

By registering to use the Service Request System as a Vendor, you expressly authorize TruckDown to indicate on the Site that you are willing to receive Service Request System requests, to provide any such requests to you, and to share any information you submit to the Service Request System to the User making the request.

In addition to the disclaimers of warranty and liability included in Sections 15 and 16 of the Terms of Use Agreement, TruckDown further disclaims any and all liability for: (i) the timely exchange of information through the Service Request System, to the extent impacted by causes outside of TruckDown’s control including any disruptions to or unavailability of internet or cell services; (ii) failure of any user of the Service Request System to accept, complete, or otherwise respond to any request submitted through the Service Request System; (iii) the accuracy, completeness, integrity or security of any information submitted through the Service Request System; and/or (iv) the timeliness, quality, fitness for purpose, or completeness of the actual services performed in response to a service request, nor any payment in respect thereof.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for: (i) all information you submit through the Service Request System regardless of form; and (ii) for the delivery of or payment for, as applicable, any services performed in response to your service request or response thereto.
