From the moment you connect with one of our experienced, knowledgeable dispatchers, our goal is to have customers back on the road within 90 minutes. Our representatives monitor the status of your breakdown every 15-30 minutes and ensure that you are updated.
To better serve our drivers more efficiently, we create customer profiles that that include company information, preferences and any other pertinent information that will help us provide a more seamless experience. Upon request, we can present you with a detailed report of your breakdowns and make any needed updates to your customer preference profile.
