Protecting Fleets
from Scammers

Scams in the trucking repair industry are on the rise. Left unverified, scammers will advertise as qualified service providers when the reality is that they broker calls and add huge markups to repair bills.

Clock with a dollar sign

Saving Fleets
Time and Resources

Service repair businesses get sold, move, change service offerings, and sometimes close. When fleets waste time by contacting vendors that can't be of service, trucks remain idle. The fleets aren't happy, and neither are we.

Fleets Get Better
Repairs for Less Money

Unqualified vendors can turn a repair into a nightmare. If vendors get listed for services they aren't competent at or trained in, the result is lower quality repairs and higher costs for fleets. Not acceptable.

How You Can Ensure Quality Listings for Your Repairs

Every vendor listing on TruckDown is manually verified before publication. We spend thousands of man-hours on the verification process every year. But there are times when a change in a business may result in an inaccurate listing.

You can ensure that all listings conform to the highest quality. Hit the "Update Info" button that's available on every record and detail page on TruckDown. Give us a heads-up, and we'll take care of it right away.

That's a promise!
