Not only did they promptly meet my driver at his location, but they discovered the problem, towed my tractor and trailer to their lot for the night, took my driver to a hotel, and referred me to the best mechanic shop in the area. I was lucky the first call was to crossroads. It was late in the day and the tire shops were closing. So they found the tire I needed and changed my tire on the side of the row. Kevin and Jackson even went above & beyond by removing my damaged fender, and helping to secure my wheel well. They did this all while in the dark and in a timely manner. I can’t thank them enough for everything.
