Our mobile users’ represent a significant percentage of our sites use and we realized that our mobile site did not provide all of the same great features available at truckdown.com. With our new mobile site, drivers on the road can now take full advantage of our services to ensure they always use the best vendor to get the best value!
Not only are more features now available, but desktop users and mobile users on the same account can now easily share vendor information in real-time using their My Repairs and Preferred Vendors lists. For larger operations, this can make it much easier for dispatch teams to communicate with drivers and help reduce the amount of time it takes to get their truck back on the road.
Over the past 18 months, TruckDown® has delivered many additional and advanced features to truck drivers and trucking fleets. This will not change, but now our mobile services will grow and will see the same enhancements at the same pace as our desktop users.
