	I just wanted to report the the Trukdown Wireless worked faultlessly on my Sprint cell Phone; I simply entered UR Email addr as 'truckdown.com on the phone and immediately had contact. I do like the Truck Stop tab, which listed all truckstps in the Modesto area (Prob 50 mi radius) as I entered Modesto as base for search. 	We audit/investigate trucking companies to determine compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and the Hazardous Materials Regulations. We have on occasion, the need to determine if an out of service item discovered during a roadside inspection was repaired prior to the vehicle being used in commerce. I recently conducted a compliance review at a trucking company in the Denver, CO metropolitan area who could not produce evidence that an out of service item discovered on one of their trucks had been corrected. Motor carrier personnel contacted your web site, identified the name of a mobile repair service located near the port facility where the truck was placed out of service, contacted the service, and within hours had a copy of the repair order verifying the correction had been made. This information from you service was beneficial to the motor carrier and to me as an investigator in that it confirmed the vehicle was safe to be driven. I believe the information your service provides could be helpful to other investigators within my Agency. 	Hi! I already have my own account thanks. I was at work and used a co-workers screen. We are also listed as a vendor on truckdown! I appreciate the response and I have other resources...but there are a lot of people that don't! I take care of a lot of trucks all over the US and always work overnight. It can be very frustrating when people advertise 24 hour service and list after hours numbers...and you don't even get an answering machine when you call!! We are available to our customers and even to people that don't have accounts...24/7 365 days a year. If people are going to advertise that..they should do it..no excuses! I have recommended your site to many people in the industry from vendors to company dispatchers and most times have gotten calls back saying...thanks! 	I don't see any place for "Lock Out Service" on HD Trucks, as when they lock the keys in there rigs, I know most truckers have extra keys, but sometimes they even lock them inside the truck. How about a site for "Lock Out Services" ? I do Lock out Service from 7pm to 7am, mostly around Carmel Church in Caroline County, Va. on I-95 at exit 104, there are Four (4) truck stops at that one exit, Petro, Mr. Fuel, Pilot, and Flyin "J," Not to mention 6 motels and a truck lube, 6 gas stations and 2 "C" Stores, and 2 Fast food places. I also do work at the truck stop at exit 98 on I-95 at Doswell Va. Not all towing companies provide lock out service for HD trucks, as they are much different from an automobile.
