How to use Ratings
Action (View your Ratings): To view the ratings that have been assigned to your listing, click on the "My Ratings" link. Provided you are logged in with your Vendor Account, and have a paid Vendor Listing, you will see a list of all ratings that have been submitted for your listing(s).
Result: All ratings submitted for your listing include the Rating Comment as well as the person and company that submitted the rating.

Action (Dispute a Rating): TruckDown.com has a rating policy available here. If you feel that a rating you have received goes against this rating policy, you can dispute the rating by clicking on the "Send Dispute" link beside the rating in question.
Result: Every rating dispute is reviewed by TruckDown's operations team. If it is deemed that the rating does not comply with our rating policy, then TruckDown may de-activate the rating.
