My Reports

My Reports gives you access to information stored in TruckDown's system about your account. Available reports depend on your account type and what services you have. Some examples of reports include a Banner Ad View Report and a Vendor Listing view report.

Using the My Reports Feature

Action (Running a Report): Go to the My Reports page and click on the title of the report you would like to run. A new window will open that will include a form on the top for you to fill out. The contents of this form is based on the report but typically includes a starting (On or After) and an ending (Before) date. Select your dates and click on the "View Report" to run the report.

Result: The report may take a second to run but, once complete, your window will display the report results.

Action (Saving a Report): After you run a report, you can save a copy of it in a variety of formats including a web page, Microsoft© Excel File, or a PDF document. To save the report, click on the "disk" or "save" icon at the top of the report and select the format you would like to save the report to. Your computer will then ask you if and where you would like to save the report to.

Result: The copy of the report will be saved to your computer.
