How to use Private Notes
Action (Adding or Editing a Note): From the Search Results page, click on the "Add Note" link for the vendor that you want to add a note to or click on the "Edit Note" link beside the note you want to edit. If you do not see the notes, you may have to click on the "[+] Notes" link first to expand the notes section. In your personal options you can set an option to have your notes expanded by default.
Result: All notes that you or your fleet group have added to a vendor are listed within that vendor's notes section. Any rating comments you have added are displayed as well.
Action (Deleting a Note): Click on the "Delete Note" link beside the note you would like to delete.
Result: Deleting a note will remove it from our system for good. You cannot delete a note that is associated with an active and public rating as that note would have been sent to the vendor as per our rating policy.
