Manage Repairs with My Repairs
"You have just made arrangements for a repair to be completed by a vendor you found on TruckDown.com and want to keep track of which vendors you are working with until service is completed. With the My Repairs feature, you can track your repairs and quickly find those vendors with repairs in progress!" - TruckDown
How to use My Repairs
Action (Marking Vendor): Click the Mark Vendor icon on the listing for the vendor you are working with.
Result: Icon on listing is highlighted and changed to Unmark Vendor. Vendor listing is automatically added to your My Repairs tab.
Action (Unmarking Vendor): From the My Repairs tab or from the result page where the listing is displayed, click the highlighted Unmark Vendor icon.
Result: Rating and Feedback form is displayed and you can do any of the following:
- Keep the "Remove Mark on Vendor" option checked to unmark the vendor and remove them from My Repairs.
- Add the vendor to your preferred or do not use vendor lists (Feature only available to Advanced users)
- Change the Rating Type selection to assign a rating to the vendor in response to the service provided.
