Advanced Search lets you access additional service categories and methods of searching. For example, you might use the zip/postal code when you know the unit to be repaired is located at a shippers. You can also use a map to zoom in on a unit’s location and start from there. This is handy when the truck is not near a city or you are not sure which city is to search on. Many fleets are equipped with satellite and/or cellular tracking systems that transmit the unit's longitude and latitude coordinates back to Dispatch. Advanced Search includes a path for entering Longitude and Latitude coordinates as the point to search from.
